This painting is a continuation of Release.

It’s about what happens after you finally let go, when you begin to live your life without the constraints that once held you back and start becoming the person you’ve always known you could be.

Release was about shedding an old identity. This piece is about stepping into what comes next, becoming more comfortable in your own skin, trusting your instincts and connecting with people in a way that actually feels like you.

There’s a freedom in being able to show up as yourself without constantly worrying about how you’re being perceived or judged. You can still listen, still learn and still connect with others, but you don’t have to lose yourself in the process.

For me, this is a celebration of liberation. Of finally giving yourself permission to take up space, explore who you are and live a little more honestly. Because transformation doesn’t always mean becoming someone completely new.

Sometimes it simply means releasing everything that has been standing in the way of becoming who you already were underneath it all.
