Frequently Asked Questions

Each month is a thoughtfully curated edition that includes an exclusive A5 limited edition artwork, a beautiful postcard to send to someone you love, a bookmark featuring a handpicked Spotify playlist, a themed sticker, and a unique mystery keepsake chosen to complement the month's theme.
The letters are sent out on the 20th of each month. If you do not receive your letter with four weeks of the 20th of the month, please email me (ss@artbystevenstanley.com.au) so I can send another out to you.
Subscriptions are super flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account.
Sometimes delivery can take more time due to the postal service. I usually say if it hasn’t arrived by the end of four weeks of your subscription start date, then please contact me directly ss@artbystevenstanley,com.au‍ ‍and I will re-send it out to you at no cost.
